Trail Permit Price Increases

The New Brunswick All-Terrain Vehicle Federation, also known as QuadNB, wishes to announce to its members that the price of the Trail Permits will increase. This is the first price increase since 2016. The increase will be in effect for the 2023 trail permits that will be on sale to the public as of October 1, 2022.

The cost, after the addition of the tax, will be a round number which will make management easier for Club vendors. In order not to increase prices too quickly, the Trail Permit fees quoted below will be for 2023 to 2025 and will increase for 2026 to 2027.

This increase was discussed at the last QuadNB Annual General Meeting in April 2022 and was voted on by representatives of all 57 quad clubs in the province. This price increase results from the rising cost of trail material maintenance done by the respective Provincial Club members and costs of required qualified contractors who must be licenced to perform specific responsibilities to ensure all trails are safe.

The following are Trail Permit fees:

From 2023 to 2025 (effective October 1, 2022)
• Groomed permit: $130 (tax included)
• Non-Groomed permit: $65 (tax included)
